Hyoungkeun Choi graduated from Seoul National University with a related major in flow analysis of the secondary refining process. He worked for 10 years at Hyundai Steel R&D. He was responsible for the improvement of the secondary refining process and conducted research related to the analysis and control of inclusions. Since the recent trend of digital conversion began, he has been developing machine learning models and pattern models for individual processes of secondary refining with the goal of establishing an automated system for secondary refining.
